Home on the Range Corn Bread

MEASURE INGREDIENT

2 cups Pioneer corn meal
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 salsa (how you like it)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Heat Dutch oven to 450 (very hot).  Mix ingredients just until smooth.
Add grated cheddar cheese to top when almost done.  Cook about
20 minutes.  Be careful not to burn the bottom.  Most of the heat
needs to be on top.
