Chicken Pot Pie
4 chicken breasts, cut up in chunks
3 cups mixed frozen vegetables
2 cups Pioneer chicken gravy
Cook breasts in skillet until done. Cook vegetables to tenderness you like.
Mix together, add gravy.
3 cups Pioneer biscuit mix
1 cup water
Mix Pioneer mix with water as for biscuits. Roll out on pastry cloth very
thin. Layer Dutch oven with biscuit mix, pour vegetables, chicken, and
gravy into oven. Top with a thin layer of biscuit mix. Add a little butter and
garlic, some pepper to top before baking.
Bake 400 degrees just until biscuit mix is done. Delicious! Serves 4-6.
